Dash out a Dashboard of Comparative Statistical Result

ABSTRACT
In a world overwhelmed with data, a challenge of a data analyst is to provide concise results. SAS contains procedures to display univariate graphical displays (such as histogram displays in PROC UNIVARIATE or box and whiskers plots using PROC BOXPLOT), but the SAS macro described in this paper provides a simple method that combines both statistical tests and graphical displays in a unique way that allows users to easily display statistical results in a matrix/dashboard format on a single, concise page. Using this output rather than the traditional SAS output saves both trees and ink. The examples included in this paper illustrate the display of two-sample t-test (combined with comparative histograms or box plots) and chi-square results (combined with vertical or horizontal grouped bar charts). In addition, a method to add other custom results to the output dashboard is described in the paper.
